Monica Hilliard is a native to the Puget Sound area. She is familiar with neighborhoods from North Seattle to South Tacoma. Her services include seller representation, buyer representation, luxury homes, investment properties, staging, marketing and an After Sales Service Program. Her most important attributes are knowledge, integrity and loyalty. She is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University with a BA in Biology and has a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management. She has over 18 years experience in customer service along with 10 years of working with contracts and 7 years buying and selling real estate.
